Online employee scheduling software allows employees to make schedule requests online

ScheduleAnywhere now includes a communication tool that helps streamline employee scheduling requests. Employees can now: 

  • Submit requests to cover open shifts.
  • Submit requests to swap shifts.
  • Submit requests for additional hours or overtime.
  • Communicate changes in availability, desired hours, etc.

Managers are automatically notified by email when employees make requests. A manager can log into ScheduleAnywhere to view a request and make any necessary schedule adjustments. A request can be added to a schedule and the manager can reply to the employee about the request.
