Library System Implements Staff Scheduling Software

The library system operates seven branch locations across Geauga County, Ohio. “Managers can see if someone from another location is available to cover an open shift,” said Reda. “And if an employee needs to swap or cover a shift, they can easily see who is available via the mobile app and submit schedule requests online.”

Coverage can be monitored by skill, position, shift, service point or location. Administrators can assign tasks to each shift, enter staffing requirements and adjust staffing levels. Additionally, ScheduleAnywhere tracks attributes such as certifications and allows managers to communicate with individuals, or a select group of employees, to fill open shifts with qualified personnel.
