TimeClock Plus, LLC ("TCP") is committed to protecting the privacy of its ScheduleAnywhere customers and their employees. TCP is the sole owner of all personally identifiable information collected on this website and has a strict policy of not selling its customer information to other companies. This privacy statement covers www.scheduleanywhere.com.
Information Collection
Personally identifiable information is collected in
several ways: (1) when creating a free ScheduleAnywhere trial
account; (2) when adding employees to your ScheduleAnywhere
account, either manually or via API or import; (3) when entering
information into your employee profile; and (4) when contacting
TCP information is collected; such as name, employee ID,
telephone numbers, cell phone number and carrier, email addresses,
address, location, department, position and skills. This
information is all kept confidential.
Information Use
TCP uses personally identifiable
information in the aggregate to determine demographic information
to improve its products and services. TCP may
access personally identifiable information for the purpose of
providing end-user customer support. In addition, the information
you provide allows TCP to keep you informed about
ScheduleAnywhere. If you create a ScheduleAnywhere account, access
ScheduleAnywhere, contact technical support or request
information, TCP will send you information
regarding ScheduleAnywhere by email, as well as information on
related TCP products and services. You can elect
not to receive promotional emails by opting out. For more

section below.
Cookies
TCP uses cookies to remember
ScheduleAnywhere users and keep track of user sessions. If your
browser cannot accept cookies, or is set to not accept cookies, you
won't be able to use ScheduleAnywhere. Usage of a cookie is in no
way linked to any personally identifiable information.
Log Files
TCP may use IP addresses to analyze
trends, administer the site, track user's movement and gather broad
demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not
linked to personally identifiable information.
Third Party Collection and Use
TCP will not disclose any personally
identifiable information or data submitted by you to a third party
without your permission, nor will it supplement it with other
information, in ways other than those disclosed in our privacy
policy.
Disclaimer: Though TCP makes every effort to preserve customer privacy, it may need to disclose personally identifiable information when required by law wherein TCP has a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on this website.
Agents
TCP uses credit card processing
companies to bill you for your ScheduleAnywhere subscription. These
companies do not retain, share, store or use personally
identifiable information for any other purposes. These third
parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable
information for any other purpose.
Promotional Emails & Opt-out
If you receive promotional emails and wish to opt-out, click on
the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or send an email to
support@scheduleanywhere.com
with word REMOVE in the subject line, or call
325-223-9500.
Security
TCP takes every reasonable precaution
to protect your personally identifiable information and payment
information. Only TCP employees who need this
information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer
service, technical support representative or account manager) are
granted access to personally identifiable information and payment
information. All TCP employees are required to
sign a non-disclosure agreement as a condition of employment.
TCP uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for all its credit card transactions, and the ScheduleAnywhere website is authenticated by GoDaddy as secure if you login using the HTTPS connection. Your credit card information is shared with a third party for payment purposes only. TCP does not store credit card information on the ScheduleAnywhere web site.
Modifying, Updating or Deleting Information
If you would like to modify, update, or delete your
personally identifiable information within ScheduleAnywhere, please
login to ScheduleAnywhere and make the necessary edits to your
information or your employees' information. Deactivating an
employee does not remove personally identifiable information. It
only makes the employee inactive. You need to remove personally
identifiable information from an employee's profile for it not to
reside on the ScheduleAnywhere web site.
To have your personally identifiable information removed from the TCP customer database and CRM (i.e. you are no longer using ScheduleAnywhere), please send an email to support@scheduleanywhere.com or call 325-223-9500. You may cancel your ScheduleAnywhere subscription in accordance with our Terms of Service or your license or hosting agreement, if applicable.
Disclaimer: Even if you delete personally identifiable information from the ScheduleAnywhere web site, your data will still reside in on-site and off-site database backups and may reside in test databases local to TCP. Your data may reside in backup databases and log files for up to one (1) month until database backups are recycled. TCP test databases are not available online and are purged periodically.

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect
on May 25, 2018. We're reviewing our procedures and investing in
our infrastructure to help you take advantage of the changes under

Notification of Changes
Changes to the TCP privacy statement
are posted on ScheduleAnywhere web site and change periodically.
If TCP is going to use personally identifiable
information in a way not stated at the time of
collection, TCP will contact you via email and
request your permission. If TCP is unable to
contact you due to an opt-out preference, TCP
will not use your customer information in accordance with the
privacy statement change.
